2. The motor of the plastic sealing machine rotates, but it cannot be heated.

Usually relay fault can be judged by measuring 220 V voltage at both ends of RL. If there is no voltage or the voltage is too low, it means that the relay does not suck in or sucks badly. This is mostly caused by the damage of the relay or the ablation of the contacts. The relay should be replaced or the sandy contacts should be removed.

3. Noise in the work of plastic sealing machine

Because the machine works at high temperature for a long time, the lubricating oil of transmission gears is easy to dry up, resulting in high noise. After re-injection, the fault can be eliminated.
